Making my own website

For my final project for 1403 i have been tasked with making a website to showcase my work and to try and increase my online presence so that people who are interested in me can check out my work and see how i am getting along , i am not really sure as to how i will pull this off because i have tried in the past to create a website and i have struggled if im being honest. I shall have a look at some examples in general and from photographers who have websites that fit my type of photography.
